If, for some reason, I was forced to abandon Western civilization and live on a desert island, and I had to choose one and only one health supplement to take with me, without a doubt it would be NingXia Red.
I guess it’s doubtful I’d find myself in that situation…but the point remains. I’m a big fan of NingXia.
I started using it almost two years ago, when I first joined Young Living, and since the first time I ordered it, NingXia has been a staple in my monthly order.
The more I drank it, and the more I researched, the more I became convinced that there really isn’t a better bang-for-your-buck superfruit antioxidant supplement on the market.
Actually, when you look into it, there isn’t really even any competition.
First, Let’s Talk About Wolfberry
For centuries, Goji berries have been a popular part of Chinese medicine. These are commonly available in juice and dried forms. They are known to fight aging, various forms of cancer and also help in relieving many medical conditions.
Just Google “wolfberry benefits” and you’ll see how well-documented the overall health benefits are.
Wolfberry is known to:
- Protect the liver against infection
- Aid in reducing stress and fatigue
- Reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease
- Help reduce high cholesterol levels
- Improve gastrointestinal function
- Prevent and control diabetes
- Protect brain cells
- Improve immune function and fight against cancer
- Aid in weight loss
- Improve skin health
- Improve sleep quality
- Protect vision and improve eyesight
What is NingXia Red?
NingXia Red is a one-of-a-kind superfruit beverage that combines whole Ningxia wolfberry puree; a blend of blueberry, aronia, cherry, pomegranate, and plum juices; natural stevia extract; grape seed extract; pure vanilla extract; and Orange, Yuzu, Lemon, and Tangerine essential oils.
It comes in 2oz packets and 750ml bottles, and it’s absolutely loaded with antioxidants.
In fact, just one 2oz packet of NingXia Red has the antioxidant equivalent of:
- 200 oranges
- 1628 blueberries
- 44 carrots
- 21lbs of spinach
- 118 broccoli florets
- 146 strawberries
- 186 apples
I mean, I guess you could just eat all of that instead…but drinking a 2oz NingXia packet in a few seconds seems like a better use of time and money. At least that’s how I see it.
ORAC Lab Tests
ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It’s a lab test that attempts to quantify the “total antioxidant capacity” (TAC) of a food by placing a sample of the food in a test tube, along with certain molecules that generate free radical activity and certain other molecules that are vulnerable to oxidation.
With an ORAC Value of 30,000* and an S-ORAC score of 363**, NingXia Red is the number one antioxidant product on the market today.

The way I look at it: With all the junk that we put into our bodies, investing in an all-around supplement like NingXia is the least I can do to help set myself up for long-term health and wellness.
It seems like a no-brainer to me.
